Shop Policies

Delivery

Isáchi Flowers & Crafts offers fresh and Everlasting floral arrangements with daily delivery Monday through Saturday throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

Delivery Zones, Minimums & Fees

Fees and minimums apply to all orders selected for Local Delivery and must be met before tax and delivery are calculated. Full details are available on individual product pages.

As of January 2025:

  • Within 10 miles: No order minimum; $25 delivery fee

  • 11–20 miles: No order minimum; $35 delivery fee

  • 21–35 miles: $100 order minimum; $45 delivery fee

  • 36–45 miles: $100 order minimum; $55 delivery fee

  • Fisher Island: $100 order minimum; $35 flat delivery fee

Orders below the minimum will not be fulfilled if “Delivery” is selected in error.

Multiple Floral Pieces

For larger orders, an additional floral handling fee will be applied and invoiced separately:

  • 3–5 pieces: +$50

  • 6–8 pieces: +$100

  • 9–12 pieces: +$150
    These fees are in addition to the standard delivery rate based on distance. Full payment is due before the delivery date.

Delivery Timing
  • Same-day delivery available Monday–Saturday. Please call (786)693-3620 for same-day availability.

  • Deliveries are made between 12 PM – 6 PM

  • Orders placed after 4 PM or on Sunday will be delivered the next business day or on your selected date

Preferred delivery windows are noted but not guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays.

Special Requests

Need a delivery outside standard hours (early morning, late evening, or Sunday)?
Email orders@isachiflowers.com with your request. We’ll do our best to accommodate. Additional fees apply and will be quoted upon request.

No-Contact Delivery

If no one is home, we’ll leave your order in a secure location (front door, lobby, etc.) and notify the sender/recipient via text.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or weather-damaged items left unattended.

Hospital & Health Facility Deliveries

Before sending flowers to hospitals, nursing homes, or healthcare facilities, we strongly recommend confirming their delivery policy.
If delivery is refused, the order will return to our shop. A secondary address will be required, and re-delivery fees will apply.

Nationwide Everlasting Shipping

Our Everlasting florals ship via USPS Ground and arrive within 5–8 business days.

Important Reminders & Disclaimer
  • Please double-check delivery addresses and contact numbers when placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information.

  • If access is restricted (e.g., gated properties, building security), and delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned. Reattempts will incur additional charges.

Pick Up

Time Frame & Procedure

Pickups are available at Isáchi Flowers & Crafts during the following hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

As we operate from a private studio, scheduled pickup times must be respected. The studio address will be sent 24 hours prior to your pickup date via the contact number provided at checkout.

Please note:
If you selected “In-Shop Pickup” for fresh or dried florals and:

  1. Do not collect your order on the scheduled date, and

  2. Do not notify us to reschedule or arrange alternate pickup—

Your flowers will be considered forfeited after 48 hours, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Additional Shop Policies

Payment Policy
  • All online purchases must be completed using a credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay.
    Full payment is required prior to order fulfillment.

  • Please note: A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.

Code of Conduct

At Isáchi Flowers & Crafts, we are committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Rudeness or disrespectful language

  • Sexual harassment

  • Racism or discrimination of any kind

  • Any other form of inappropriate behavior, online or in person

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who violates these standards.
