Returns & Exchanges
We accept unopened, unused, and undamaged non-perishable items for exchange or store credit within three (3) days of purchase.
To process an exchange or receive store credit, the original receipt must be presented in-store at the time of your request.
Please note:
All fresh and dried floral products are final sale.
To support the longevity of your blooms, we provide detailed care instructions for many of our floral offerings [linked here or provided at the time of delivery/pickup].
Fresh Florals
At Isáchi Flowers & Crafts, we take great care to provide fresh, professionally treated flowers, along with clear care instructions to help you extend the life of your arrangement.
With proper care and placement, we are confident your florals will remain fresh for a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) from the time of pickup or delivery. For best results, please refer to our [Basic Flower Care Guide].
Quality Concerns & Replacement Policy
Should you have any concerns about the quality of your florals, we kindly ask that you notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement:

The original product must be returned to the studio in person,
or -
Clear, detailed photographs must be emailed to isachiflowers@gmail.com
Replacements will not be issued beyond this 72-hour window.

Order Cancellations
Isáchi Flowers & Crafts understands that plans change. While we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment, most cancellations are eligible for shop credit.
General Policy

Cancellations are typically issued as shop credit, valid for use during regular business hours:
• Monday–Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
• Saturday: 11 AM – 5 PM
Refund Exceptions
A refund to the original payment method may be approved only if:

The request is made within 30 minutes of placing the order

The order is not for same-day delivery or pickup
Same-day orders are not eligible for refunds, but can be issued as shop credit for future use.

Please include your Order Number in all communications for faster assistance.
If the floral piece has not yet been created, your order will be eligible for full shop credit.
If the order has already been designed and your new delivery or pickup date falls outside our 3-day Quality Guarantee window, the sender will be responsible for repurchasing the item for the rescheduled date.
